1. Web Development Services Refund Policy

Before Work Has Started

Clients may request a refund before the project has started.

• If requested within 24 hours of payment, you may be eligible for a full refund minus payment gateway or transaction fees.
• If requested after 24 hours but before work has started, up to 20% of the total project fee may be deducted to cover consultation, planning, and administrative costs.

After Work Has Started

Once work has begun:

• Refunds will be issued only for the portion of the work not yet completed.
• Charges for completed milestones, development hours, design work, or consultations are non-refundable.
• If the project is abandoned, delayed, or cancelled by the client, refunds will not be provided for completed work.

Completed Projects

Once the project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Digital Marketing Services Refund Policy

Digital marketing services include SEO, paid advertising management, social media management, consulting, and related services.

Monthly Services

• Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
• Clients may cancel future billing cycles according to our Cancellation Policy.

Setup Fees

• Any setup, onboarding, strategy, or configuration fees are non-refundable, as these cover initial work and resource allocation.

Advertising Spend

• Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or others) are non-refundable and governed by the respective platform’s refund policies.

Performance Disclaimer

Eykhut does not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, or conversions. Refunds will not be issued based on marketing performance outcomes.

3. Digital Products Refund Policy

Digital products include downloadable files such as:

• Website templates
• Plugins
• Scripts
• Themes
• Software tools
• Other digital assets

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once:

• The product has been delivered, or
• The download link has been accessed, or
• The product has been sent via email or account access

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

• The product was not delivered, or
• The product is defective and cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe, or
• You were charged multiple times for the same product.

4. Subscription Services Refund Policy (If Applicable)

For recurring subscription services:

• Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
• Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Delay caused by client’s lack of communication or required materials
• Failure to use purchased services
• Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after work approval
• Services already delivered or completed
